International Recruitment, Explained
INTL helps Australian businesses connect with skilled international workers across a range of industries. We work closely with our offshore recruitment partners to source candidates suited to your roles, experience requirements and workplace needs.
INTL and our offshore recruitment partners conduct initial screening and interviews, along with skills assessments and English testing appropriate to the role. INTL then shortlists candidates before presenting suitable applicants to your business. The screening process is tailored to the position and your requirements.
Absolutely. You can interview shortlisted candidates to assess their experience, skills and suitability for your team once we present them to you. INTL coordinates the process with you and our recruitment partners, helping you make an informed hiring decision.
INTL manages the recruitment process, that’s what we do best. We work alongside PAX Migration Australia for migration advice and visa services. We help gather relevant information and coordinate communication, while PAX assesses potential sponsorship and visa options and advises on the migration requirements for your circumstances.
Timeframes depend on the role, availability of suitable candidates, assessment requirements and your interview process. Where sponsorship is required, the visa process is a major factor, with timing influenced by the visa pathway, government processing priorities at the time and individual circumstances. We discuss indicative timeframes during scoping and keep you updated throughout the process.
Costs vary depending on the roles, number of workers and level of service required. These may include recruitment fees and, where applicable, migration services, government application charges, assessments, travel, relocation and arrival support. Your tailored proposal and engagement documents will explain INTL’s fees and agreed services, with migration costs confirmed separately through our migration partner.
INTL can coordinate arrival and settlement support based on the services agreed with your business. This may include settlement information, arrival coordination and assistance with practical arrangements as workers prepare to commence employment. The scope of support and responsibilities are confirmed during engagement.
We begin with a discussion about your business and workforce needs. Our Job Brief captures key details, including the roles, number of workers, duties, required experience and qualifications, salary, location, hours and preferred start date. We also discuss sponsorship needs, workplace requirements and any relocation or arrival support you would like included.
Your business employs the successful candidate directly. INTL manages the recruitment and introduction process, with migration and arrival support coordinated according to the agreed services.
Certainly! Whether you need one skilled worker or a larger team, we begin by understanding your workforce requirements. We then work with our recruitment partners to scope candidate availability and develop a recruitment approach suited to your business.
