Skilled People, Sourced and Assessed for Your Roles

Recruitment That Starts With Your Needs

A successful international appointment starts with understanding your business, not with a CV. We clarify the role, work with our offshore partners to find and assess candidates, and present a shortlist for you to interview.

How Recruitment Works

Three stages take you from a role you need to fill to a candidate you have chosen.
1

Workforce Planning and Job Scoping

We work with you to clarify role requirements, candidate suitability and sourcing options before shaping your recruitment campaign.
Our Job Brief captures the roles, number of workers, duties, required experience and qualifications, salary, location, hours and preferred start date. We also discuss sponsorship needs, workplace requirements and any arrival support you would like included.
2

Candidate Sourcing and Assessment

Our offshore recruitment partners help us reach skilled workers in the Philippines and other international markets.
Working with them, we coordinate candidate sourcing, initial screening and agreed skills and English assessments. INTL then interviews candidates itself before anyone is shortlisted.
3

Shortlisting and Employer Interviews

We present shortlisted candidates and coordinate your interviews, which can include technical assessments if the role needs them.
You make the hiring decision. We then coordinate the offer and acceptance and the start of migration support.

Recruitment with the bigger picture in mind.

Our goal is not simply to fill a vacancy. We aim to help you build reliable workforce pathways, while giving candidates meaningful career opportunities in Australia.
That is why we take time to understand your business first, and why INTL interviews every candidate before you see them.
