Specific activities, responsibilities and timing are confirmed for the package you choose and the needs of each placement. Tier 1 comes at no extra cost with every recruitment engagement, and Tiers 2 and 3 are quoted for each placement. Contact us for a tailored outline of inclusions before you decide.
Costs vary depending on the roles, number of workers and level of service required. These may include recruitment fees and, where applicable, migration services, government application charges, assessments, travel, relocation and arrival support. Your tailored proposal and engagement documents will explain INTL’s fees and agreed services, with migration costs confirmed separately through our migration partner.
INTL can coordinate arrival and settlement support based on the services agreed with your business. This may include settlement information, arrival coordination and assistance with practical arrangements as workers prepare to commence employment. The scope of support and responsibilities are confirmed during engagement.
